I am a HCPC registered psychotherapist with 10 years experience of working with adults, young people and groups. I work with a psychodynamic, creative approach and offer you a space that is non-judgemental, empathic and safe.
I support clients with a range of concerns including, low self esteem, anxiety, stress, low mood, bereavement, adverse childhood experiences, relationship issues, matresence. I have a special interest in working with clients who are struggling with body image and disordered eating, as well as working with artists, performers and creatives. LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE - Sept 2025
Reconnect with yourself - and grow.
Clients come to therapy with me for many and varied reasons: sometimes for support to address a specific mental health problem, such as anxiety (panic attacks or social anxiety) or low mood; sometimes because of a dilemma or difficult experience: the end of a relationship, a bereavement, becoming a parent, struggling at work; sometimes for support with relationship or attachment issues that are presenting problems in romantic, family, or workplace relationships. Sometimes clients come because they feel stuck, they feel uncertain, they feel they have lost their way and they want to reconnect with themselves. Our work in therapy will support you towards healing and growth through a deeper understanding of yourself and the challenges you are experiencing.
Make a space, be curious… you will be welcome.
Creative talking therapy
I offer psychodynamic talking therapy for adults and children & young people. I use creative practices - art making, story, movement - when it’s right for the client, or when words are hard to find. You don’t need to have any prior experience in art, drama or movement for these to be incorporated into therapy sessions, and you can stick to talking if that suits you better (if fact, I work with many clients this way). Sessions with me are client led, meaning we work together, at your pace, to explore the concerns you are bringing to therapy.
My offer…
Short term or open ended therapy
Individual therapy is space to reflect, be heard, and connect with yourself. It can be a space of healing and recovery. And it can be a space of curiosity and growth. It offers you an opportunity to know yourself deeply, make meaningful change, and thrive.
We will meet weekly or fortnightly for 50min sessions. Each appointment will be different and we will adapt as we go. Come as you are and I will meet you with whatever bring.
We can meet in-person or online.
One-off therapy sessions
These are 90min sessions that are designed to offer a safe and contained space to do a deep dive check-in with yourself. When we feel blown off course, lost, uncertain, sometimes we need a space to get back in touch with ourselves before we can move forward. One-off sessions offer the opportunity to take stock and leave with a plan.
While single sessions can’t offer the depth and breadth of exploration that ongoing therapy can, they can be a great way to get a taster for ongoing therapy or to unpack a single issue.
We can meet in-person or online.
Children and young person sessions
I offer a safe, empathic environment where children /young people have the option of talking, using art materials or playing. Sessions are child-led, meaning that they are not pressured to talk about anything they are not ready to discuss.
Group therapy and workshops
These are spaces for reflective practice, Process Work*, community, sharing and belonging.
